Refund policy

Returns
We really hope that you 'll love your WooCap & have absolutely no reason for returning it. Yet, if you wish to do so, you have 15 days from delivery to request through hello@woocaps.com a return and despatch your purchase back to us. For a return, you will need your WooCap to be unused, with all labels on it and in the original packaging you received it in. Your order number and the email account you used to put the order our policy are essential for us to track your order and proceed with your return procedure. Original shipping cost is non-refundable and return and new shipping cost is on you. Gift cards, donation cards and sales items are non-refundable. If you have received a WooCap as a gift - which means that the gift giver has marked it as a gift when purchased it and shipped it directly to you - you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the order wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to gave to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email on its approval and then process your refund, by crediting your credit card within 30 days. In cases of gifts, we will email you with a gift certificate.  
Refund could take up to 10 days, depending on the payment provider. 
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over €65 or $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancelation
Once you have placed your order, you may request a cancelation through hello@woocaps.com until your order is shipped. After shipment confirmation, you will have to follow the Returns' procedure described above.
