Shipping policy

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days from the day of your order. According to where you want your WooCap sent to, shipping cost & time may vary. Your shipping cost will be calculated during your check-out procedure. Shipping time is estimated as follows: 

• 1-3 days - European orders, shipped with DHL Express
• 1-3 days - Greek orders, shipped with DHL Express
• 2-5 days - International orders, shipped with DHL Express 

Important: Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will or will be not charged with any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This only applies to International Orders. 

Shipping is free for all orders exceeding 100€, excluding zones & countries to which elevated risk fees are implied by shipping companies (i.e. Israel, Ukraine & remote areas worldwide).
